Refund Window

Account Access
Upon refund processing, your PaperDock lifetime access will be revoked and your account will be closed. You will no longer be able to access the Service or your data. We recommend exporting any important documents before requesting a refund.
One Refund Per User
Each user is eligible for one lifetime access refund. If you repurchase PaperDock after receiving a refund, that subsequent purchase is not eligible for another refund.
Payment Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. If your card has expired or been closed, please contact your bank or Razorpay support at razorpay.com/contact-us.
